  2. This directory contains data, software and documentation from the EUVE Guest
  3. Observer (EGO) Center.  Included are the following:

  6. README.TXT    This informational file.
  7. DOCS        EGO-related documentation.
  8. SOFTWARE    The most recent version (v1.4) of the EGO Center Software
  9.         IRAF/EUV layered package.
  10. REFERNCE    The most recent version (v1.8.1) of the reference data set for
  11.         the EUVE spectrometers.  This reference data is meant to be
  12.         used with the IRAF/EUV layered package.
  13. DATA        Selected calibration data sets from the EUVE mission.  The
  14.         data sets have been arranged in a topical theme on three discs
  15.         and are listed as follows (along with the ending observation
  16.         date in yymmdd format and the approximate exposure time in
  17.         kiloseconds):
  18.           Disc A -- Contains the three White Dwarfs HZ43 (930219, 40),
  19.             WD1254+223 (930211, 55) and WD2309+105 (920928, 55);
  20.           Disc B -- Contains the three Late-Type stars AD Leo (930303,
  21.             90), alpha Cen A (930531, 55) and sigma Gem (930207,
  22.             55);
  23.           Disc C -- Contains three assorted objects:  the cataclysmic
  24.             variable AN UMa (930301, 45), the B star epsilon CMa
  25.             (930118, 65) and the planet Jupiter (930401, 65).
